6/14/18 — Promotional Assets and Preliminary Plans

6/25/18 — Equipment and Ingredients Orders

Plan to: Submit product orders and featured dish information: chef name and dish name with description for event signage. Finalize rental requests  and sampling service ware needed; deadline to confirm culinary student volunteer. Submit COI and proof of OLCC server permit or food handler’s permit for all staff.
