A spectacular culinary experience! Enjoy a five-course meal — featuring aged beef cooked over three open-flame pits, seasonal produce, and accouterments from the state’s top purveyors — plus drink pairings and sizzling late-night entertainment. 

In collaboration with Zeph Shepard, rebel butcher and owner of Proletariat Butchery, Friday night’s VIP dinner will celebrate the bounty of Oregon in a spectacular in-your-face dining experience. Featuring beef aged, rubbed, cooked over three open-flame pits, and served with seasonal produce and accouterments from the state’s top purveyors, guests will enjoy this five-course meal of a lifetime.

Paired with top-shelf scotch, local brews, and reserve Oregon pinot noirs, plus VIP surprises aplenty, Seared is a prime event for the most gastronomic enthusiast. Seating is limited!
